Carefree Crocodiles Registration

Welcome to the Carefree Crocodiles registration page! The process is simple for both new and returning members. With registration and payment, you'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily sign-up for swim meets, volunteer for meets, maintain your own contact information, purchase team suits, and more. All swimmer registrations and payments are required to be completed online. Please note: payment will only be accepted through our electronic payment processing system.

Swim team fees

The cost per swimmer to participate in the Carefree Crocodiles swim program. 

Swimmer 1.    $120.00

Swimmer 2.    $110.00

Swimmer 3.    $100.00

Swimmer 4.    $90.00 

Additionally this year there will be a $25.00 registration fee per athlete that will cover the cost of the team shirt, swim cap and administrative fees.

Volunteer Policy

Volunteer Policy

Each family must earn 2 volunteer points (2 volunteer spots per family) for the season. Volunteer opportunities are posted under each meet/event taking place during the 2025 swim season.

The success of home and away meets depends on parent volunteers. In an effort to encourage all families to fulfill their obligation during the season, those families not meeting the 2 point requirement in 2025 will have a $75.00 fee charged at registration for the 2026 season if they choose to return. By acknowledging below, the parent/guardian agrees to these terms.

Liability and Waiver

As the parent or legal guardian of the child/children named, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child(ren) to participate as a team member of the Carefree Swim Team.

I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as traveling to other swim clubs. I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in swimming and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities that would restrict full participation in these activities.

In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless Carefree Swim Team and Carefree Club Inc., its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in swimming and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
