Swim Lessons for Future Carefree Crocodiles!

We’re excited to again offer SwimAmerica™ swim lessons to children from Greenwood and surrounding communities. We hope your children will join us.

About the Carefree Crocodiles Swim Team...

The Carefree Crocodiles Swim Team, sponsor of the SwimAmerica™ lesson program, is a recreational program offering children an opportunity to “get their feet wet” with a splash of competitive swimming. As your child improves, we invite you to join us!

Lesson Details...

Lessons are designed for both the novice swimmer as well as those children who wish to improve their strokes. Swimmers will progress through ten levels designed to teach water safety, introduce and perfect swimming fundamentals and enhance stroke development. Swimmers must be at least 5 years old. 4 year olds will be considered pending approval of the SwimAmerica™ Program Director. We will offer 8 sessions of lessons at the Carefree Pool, located at the intersection of Leisure Lane and County Line Road. Lessons must be purchased 1 week at a time! For example, if you have 2 childeren and you want to sign them up for two weeks of lessons, you would need to make 2 transactions. A transaction for the 1st week and another transaction for the 2nd week.

Medical Release Waiver

As the parent or legal guardian of the child/children named, I hereby give my full consent and approval for my child(ren) to participate as a team member of the Carefree Swim Team.

I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and play of this sport, as well as traveling to other swim clubs. I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in swimming and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities that would restrict full participation in these activities.

In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless Carefree Swim Team and Carefree Club Inc., its officers, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in swimming and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
